A recent poll on the BrisBIM home page (since changed) confirmed an interesting trend in mobile devices for AEC. The rise in popularity of Android based phones and tablets is clear, now just outnumbering the once dominant Apple devices.

Well it’s been a busy first day at AU2012. It really started yesterday with a few workshops and customer feedback sessions on BIM, various Autodesk 360 offerings, and subscriptions. Then it was off to the Speaker Social and the Public Relations’ Media and Blogger Reception.
I stumbled across an interesting webpage recently; Autodesk FormIt.
There isn’t much information about it, other than rumours that it will be available for download next week….
